I played "The Resurrectionist" to a packed club...
...and it was brilliant.
Imagine 800 people dancing to "The Resurrectionst" (The Goez Ext Mix)
Basically, I dj a very big party here in Toronto. I was deciding which track
to play for the audience. I have the I'm with stupid promos, but I opted to skip I'm with stupid
entirely, and I am glad I chose "The Resurrectionist" as it's more high energy.
I introduced it as "some new Pet Shop Boys" and some people were really freaking for it, and
a few people came up later to ask what it was! With the bass, and that synth hook,
and the dancefloor lights going crazy, it was really quite a sight!
Another case of me loving the b-side more than the a-side, but whatver...
Anyway, just wanted to share my experience...

Good to hear!!
I think a lot of people don't like PSB before hand... do no why
Always nice to see people freaking out on the music you like
I've should have been there to watch the people go nuts!
But if people listening instead of having preconceptions, they actually like to music.
I have send 2 mp3 files to people who were curious but not fans, and they will now buy the album

good going! I did the same thing with "minimal".although with a smaller crowd
its always worth it if even one person asks who it is or watching people who dont know their music moving to the beat.
I wonder how people would react to integral. being a upbeat dance song is one thing, but to hear something so big and massive over a sound system must really be an experience.
