Likewise here, I basically did what Oznerol did, that is, cut and paste (in my case, from the tracklist on the Fundamentalism 12" cover and back cover, hence the different colour of the alphabets for "Community" and "I like to think of it as home"), followed by some photoshop touch-up work (adjust contrast, blurring, sharpening, etc) to clean it up a bit. Lots of patience, as Oznerol said.

Anyway, I was trying to be very minimal about the design to reflect the front cover design of fundamental. That's part of the reason why the fonts was small. Also, the fundamentalism covers I downloaded from the web wasn't good in resolution, so I have to keep the fonts small to make it look sharper and better in resolution. I agreed with glennjridge the placement of the words is somewhat awkward (maybe I was thinking of the cover too when I did that). I'll keep working on it and post a revision if I had a better one in mind.

BTW, I like the banner Oznerol did. It's fantastic, especially with the letters connected to each other by wires.

just one step into light...

I would like to find the way to give more light to the design, but as I´m trying to keep the neon effect, it must be darkly...nothing more senseless than a neon ligh on a sunny day... ;)

That picture looks as though a cow pat has landed on Neil's head.

What with all these excellent entries so soon, do you think it might be worth making the competition a week instead of two? That way we are changed in time for the album release.

Just a thought. Let me know what you think. :)

Can i just all the works done and shown above are superb.

@StevePSB: well, good idea, but we would have a BETTER design, once the Neon fonts come out and we have more pictures to play with!
