Single sales in Spain are extremly low, and there are not many singles released here nowadays. Apart from major acts' releases, you can't buy singles at many shops, sometimes you must look for them pretty hard. Even big stores like FNAC have retired their singles section.
Maybe that's why PSB always get a good position in Spain. However, it's a high accomplishment IMO: people in Spain usually bought Spanish music. Music in English is not as succesful, except for some major acts (Madonna, U2, Depeche Mode...), of course. Not many non-spanish bands can achieve such high positions in the charts, despite of the amount of sales.
