Paris City Boy - Are these "promo" CDs real ?

I've seen quite a few of these promos on ebay, but I thought the numbers were very limited. They keep popping up and look a bit sus, anybody got more info

Any ideas Techno? (sorry if its been on here before)

Strangely, I absolutely hate New York City Boy but I like this :eh:

Autentic, but was led to believe that only a handful existed. That turned out to be bollox.
