I think it's a good idea! Very Pet Shop Boys being this controversial.

Has anyone heard Paris sing? She's been working on this album for years, at least three! The thing is, you look at her and think she can't have any talent but there is a chance that maybe she has a thin but nice voice, some personality...

Well during the height of Paris mania, ET had her on their show with some candid photoage of her singing her new single "Screwed" and I assume this would have been a coup for her, kind of a sneak peek of the new single. Well, it was terrible, but of course ET didn't comment on that or play it at that angle but you could see that everyone at the party was in amazement, in a bad way. I think they keep waiting to release that album hoping that there will be new equipment to help that voice!

Honestly, they don't need NEW equipment to help her voice :

The ERASE button has been around just as long as the RECORD button has.
I like it here ~~ wherever it is ...

The subject of this thread has now been given another meaning as well; yesterday we could read that Paris Hilton "wants" a homosexual man. (If you can read Swedish, here: http://www.aftonbladet.se/vss/noje/stor ... 07,00.html) With PSB she'll even get two for the price of one. :)

What she says is that gay guys are "funnier" and they "dress better".
Finally she claims that "All handsome guys are homosexual".
ALL of them?!? Well she's yet to meet me...

I just wonder, what gay man would like to have sex with Paris Hilton (or any woman for that matter)? I am heterosexual but I don't want to sleep with her anyway. The simple reason is: she's not sexy! She's stupid and unattractive.

(Besides I've already got myself a wonderful woman.
I can't keep silent about it: she's 16 years older than me, and I'm so proud!) :D

Did you see this video/hear her sing? I mean, you have your expecations and all, but they are blown away! I bet that she or the record company bought that video from ET so that they and no one else would ever play it again!

BTW, a thing that is really funny about Paris is she has two speaking voices. One is a bubbly, girly do me voice and the other is this kind of "Ann Coulter"ish private school plus man friendly lesbain deep voice. It's really unsettling to hear in "The Simple LIfe". BTW, how much is known about Paris in the UK? She is someone that manages to get a lot of publicity just for being around, not for any of her work. The worst kind of celebrity. She used to just be a party girl that was talked about in NY but now she has been in the spotlight for years after her sex tape leaked and while the media tries to say they hate her, damn, do they report on her all the time!

I think this album has gone through like three genres now! I think it was supposed to sound like that kind of light girl rock that Avril and Ashlee do. Then I heard it was suppposed to be hip-hop (she did to a video with some little know rapper that I think only got airplay on BET, no less, because she was in it). Now she is going for what...gay orienated dance music (which I wouldn't even say is what the PSB do...she probably think she is going to be some kind of gay dance icon like Madonna or even, to lesser extent, Amber, Reina or whatever...that way her voice can be totally manipulated with little fuss. If that doesn't work, back to the drawing board. How about heavy metal to totally distort the lack of voice!

See, we know waaay too much about Paris Hilton!
