Minimal video to feature David Tennant and Bille Piper

#1 Post by wirral39 »

Minimal is easily more appealing to non-PSB fans than I'm with stupid.

People who bought So Hard or Actually and enjoyed Shopping should like it. And it's those ex-PSB fans who need to be back in the fold.

It needs a bleep-a-ganza of a remix to avoid single-track downloads of the album version detracting from sales. As long as it doesn't lose the driving beat and New Order guitar riff.

But it also needs a headline-grabbing video (maybe a pastiche of Video Killed the Radio Star with Trevor in it, or one featuring David Tennant and Billie Piper).

Give it up with Doctor Who, will you!

They are NOT GOING to feature Doctor Who. EVER.

Whatever next ? Russel T. Davies, his producers friends and the cast of Queer as Folk holding a can of Tenants extra somewhere in Heaven nightclub

Tom Baker could do it, thus continuing the Little Britain theme.

Either him or Bonnie Langford.

I was thinking about "Integral" (f it ever becomes a single) needing a Doctor Who style video with cybermen type robots. All the men can be turned into robots with "Can you forgive her?" costumes and the women into robots with "Go west" costumes. The song is about losing one's identity after all...

Then that means there is a similar theme to the "I'm with Stupid" video.

Get Trisha Godard or Jeanette Crankie in for the Minimal video but if they are to continue theme of having celeb pet fans get in Jake Shears for video.

Obviously he shouldn't let the fact that he died in 1996 put him off.

Good idea, but I just think Doctor Who and Fundamental are so zeitgeist-esque, they should go together. Or maybe Trevor Horn should become a Time Lord, with a Tardis disguised as a recording studio.

Is it true that David Tennant took his stage name from Neil? I heard this, and I know it isn't his real name - is he a fan?
