On October 22, 1993, Neil and Chris recorded this brief track as a fond farewell to a longtime institution of British radio, The Simon Bates Show. Neil sings, "So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, adieu—goodbye, good luck, from me and him [Chris] to you." It's an only slightly modified version of the chorus of a song from Rodgers and Hammerstein's famous musical The Sound of Music.
