Minimal (Radio Slave remix)
While searching for the radio edit of Minimal on "the web", I came across this:
Radio Slave
1. RADIO SLAVE - GET THE f**k UP (ONE MORE TIME) - CDR
2. PET SHOP BOYS - MINIMAL (RADIO SLAVE REMIX) - PARLOPHONE
3. QUIET VILLAGE - FREE RIDER - WHATEVER WE WANT
4. MARC ROMBOY - BOBY JACK (RADIO SLAVE REMIX) - SYSTEMATIC
5. TOBY TOBIAS - A CLOSE SHAVE - REKIDS
6. MR GONE - DO FOR LOVE (RADIO SLAVE REMIX) - REBIRTH
7. RADIO SLAVE - MY BLEEP (LUKE SOLOMON REMIX) - REKIDS
8. DELIA GONZALES & GAVIN RUSSOM - REVELEE - CARL CRAIG REMIX - DFA
9. BLACKSTROBE - NAZI TRANCE F**K OFF (HOLDEN REMIX) - CROSSTOWN REBELS
10. MR G - UNTITLED

Maybe it'll be part of the remix package.

Sorry guys, but I don't understand why people are always moaning about the work of djs/remixers. The remix is made to find new targets to whom propose the song if they are all the same style, does it worth to remix it? Why PSB should remix their own work, aren't they satisfied with what they made with it?
What's your opinion?
Cheers!

I mean, look at just two examples: Tori Amos' Professional Widow (the Armand Van Helden Remix) and Kylie's Love at the First Sight (The Scumfrogg Remix) they are quite different to the original versions but I also think they are masterpieces, two big hits in the clubs.
Ok, maybe it is just because I'm a house music fan!

Of course sometimes it works...there are little remix gems around, where the remix is "better" than the original. But if you like the original (as I, and many others here like Minimal) just a PSB extended will be a dream come true. And any other remix containing the vocals and music elements close to the original will be welcome...sted_it wrote:I mean, look at just two examples: Tori Amos' Professional Widow (the Armand Van Helden Remix) and Kylie's Love at the First Sight (The Scumfrogg Remix) they are quite different to the original versions but I also think they are masterpieces, two big hits in the clubs.

This is not my signature.
difficult to pin down as their mixes, or as they are often called re-edits, frequently remain true )ish) to the originals. If you had to pin them down I'd say there were electro-y. Their mix I reckon wouldn't be out of place on Fundamentalism (not that I've heard it)raggatwin wrote:What style are they Flaffer?
Still waiting to hear the Adam Freeland, Manhattan Clique and Axwell mixes of Integral.

Here you can listen, just as reference, what Radio Slave did to King of the Mountain by Kate Bush. Not so different from the original but new. I quite like it!

I hope they don't do a remix! Their remix for I'm with Stupid was terrible (IMO).sted_it wrote: Why PSB should remix their own work, aren't they satisfied with what they made with it?

If they want an extended mix it should be done by the producer or somebody else who worked on the record
Thanks for that! I've never heard itsted_it wrote:Here you can listen, just as reference, what Radio Slave did to King of the Mountain by Kate Bush. Not so different from the original but new. I quite like it!
