Yes, this is a discussion forum, but if every member started every day a thread like "Shopping" with a message containing nothing else than "I quite like it", it wouldn't be a very good forum, would it. If you see To Speak Is A Sin important enough to have a thread devoted to it, then how about telling us some reasons why it is a lovely song in your opinion and how it speaks to you. Because that might be interesting, unlike "What a lovely song".

I don't see why it has to be interpreted as exclusively a GAY song. One of the great things about PSB songs is that they are ambiguous enough to fit anyone. It could be written froma women's point of view who is considering an affair. I'm not saying it is but it could be.Eldritch wrote:Yes, this is a discussion forum, but if every member started every day a thread like "Shopping" with a message containing nothing else than "I quite like it", it wouldn't be a very good forum, would it. Better than "Dreaming of the queen".

By the way, I agree with Eldritch. Plus, I noticed that you, Shelton, have an issue with gay subjects (songs, picture sleeves, etc).
Are you trying to get out of the closet or is it just my impression?

I never even thought of it as GAY... as such...
Can't really say I had any definite sentiment as to what they were on about either, just... dunno. A quiet night at the pub maybe?
