I'm tipping fake on account of...

1) the tracklisting (why have a new mix of I'm with stupid on there? / also, it contains pre-existing mixes or potentially unauthorised ones... not the ones scheduled to appear on the singles)

2) the lower case use of "cd" and "ltd".

3) different format than for the genuine I'm with stupid promos

4) "This promotional cd has been released by EMI Records ltd." sounds very fake

5) it's "Buy It Now"... if it was genuine, they could expect to get £26 for it since no other copies seem to have surfaced on eBay

It's by no menas real! - this is the same kind of look that that ridicolous I'm with stupid-promo had (the one with the Saint Ken mixes) - but of course, some morons will beleive that it's real and pay an enourmous sum for it 8-(

Of course it's fake, no question.

The real questions we should be asking is why is another Ebay rip off merchant buying stuff from "her" ?

fc.till.i.die has bought "promos" from her in the past. This is the seller that has a mysterious bidder that always removes his bid at the last second to make sure the price of the item being sold goes as high as possible.

Even the Compact Disc logo is fake...it´s a little stretched, and this can´t happen on an official release...

I have reported them too. eBay aren't stopping the items from selling though. Obviously deprives them of what they're really interested in - money.

Not at all.

Couple years ago, they suspended me for selling... an official item! It was a 12" record from Portugal with a Madonna cover singer megamix. And after I prove it was for real, they took almost a month to reinstate me.
