Son shoots record boss by mistake
The owner of a record label was seriously hurt when she was accidentally shot in the neck by her son with an air rifle.

Jill Sinclair, who set up ZTT Records with her husband Trevor Horn, was shot in the garden of their home near Henley, Oxfordshire, on Sunday night.

A company spokesman said: "Purely accidentally she took a pellet in the neck. She is stable but critical."

Ms Sinclair, 54, remains unconscious in an intensive care unit in hospital.
So sad for Trevor and his family, such an important guy in the history of PSB, I'm sure everyone will join me in wishing Mrs Horn a full recovery :(

Hope she's alright! :(

How old is her son? If he's a tweenager then I don't agree with him having an air rifle but if he's older, he should be more responsible and careful.

no, they're two mutually exclusive medical terms. you can become stable after being critical. or vice versa.

I'm just curious, but does anyone have a picture of Trevor Horn? I have no idea what he looks like.

must have been at very close range cause cause I've been shot a couple times at fairly long range when I was a teen and it still hurt.

another time I was at a friends recording studio and the neighbors dog kept barking so he got out his BB gun and started shooting. not at the dog but at the ground near it. it was funny watching the dog bark, then stop and get a quizzical look on his face as clumps of dirt flew up in the air a couple feet away.

no it never got hit.
