Meaning of Song title?

Hello, all,

Can anyone explain to me what is the meaning of "Casanova" in PSB's song "Casanova in Hell"? What's "Indefinite leave to remain"?

Casanova is an infamous libertine who documented his success with women in the 18th century - he may have been an unreliable narrator as implied in the Casanova in Hell song.

Indefinite leave to remain is the status granted to refugees when they are allowed to stay in the UK.

Casanova is a famous Italian lover who used to seduce every women he met, he was born in Venice, Italy - the song is about when he is old and he cant get it up so he thinks about rape etc etc - i kinda like the song.
