The ending of course, as for lyrics the entire first verse does it for me especially "a cell but not for a criminal".

I actually love the siren-like synth in the opening bars.. which gets repeated just before the 'Empty box' bit.. such a clean sound, so perfect for the song.

I can't break perfection into pieces, and don't want it too. Best creation of post-XX Pet Shop Boys, and best part of this summer!

It's a very good song!

I like for example that higher of two "minimal" echoes (after the spelling part) and the string-y outro.

and me too but it's the whole bit from the synth breakdown at 2:14 (album version) right up to 2:40. It's spoiled in the single version.

Yep, Minimal is a great single but the only pittyis that they've cut the best part in two on the single version

I love the shimmery synth bit that begins after Neil sings 'Draw a line, more is less is Minimal' at the start of the second verse and carries on after 'Decide something less decisional' - don't know the technical term for it but it just sounds kind of...shimmery!
