Surely they can't be that rare? I've seen more than 10 myself!!!

I can imagine you have seen more than 10 of the 3CD set but not of the 3CD promo

Unless there are multiple promo versions then I have. In fact I thought they were at least as common as the PopArt Interview CD...

I am curious if there will be changes to the US release. Only time will tell. Not seen anthing mentioned on the Pet Shop Boys official website.
One nice change would be including "How Can You Expect..." since it charted seperately from "Where The Streets...", although I think it charted low like in the ninties or eighties, but it was one of their last singles to chart in the main pop chart..even the "Very" tracks, surprisngly, didn't do that.

It would also be nice to include "Ab Fab", since I think it was a big dance hit and I vaguely remember it playing in commericals when the show was on Comedy Centreal, where it was a huge hit for them!

The 3CD promo is basically a 3CDR set with individual numbers and people's names to who they were sent to. I've only seen 2. The 3CD set is issued in a box and sold commercially.

A while back, when it was initially about to come out, didn't Neil say something on the OS about it including the 'correct' mixes?

To be honest, it seems a bit arbitrary as they've released, certainly around the last few albums, different, or just no, singles. The top 20 thing is irrelevant in a territory where they don't really have hits... urm... maybe it should be an EP.
I must disengage your recreational music.
