Minimal DVD: Shrink Wrapped?

I just got the Minimal DVD from Siren and it came scratched and unwrapped. Is this normal or was I sent a used copy?

My plastic cover was scratched as well.

I don't think singles come shrink wrapped in the UK do they?

A friend of mine bought my copy in Virgin at Piccadilly. Unwrapped, but no scratched.

I bought mine from HMV online and all three formats came in great condition, apart from one of the clear discs had a little scratch on it.

thats nothing. I was watching a 20/20 episode around a year back about fraud on ebay. some guy ordered a computer and recieved a box.......of USED toilet paper.
