A remastered version of Heart (single mix) was released just this week or so, on the US edition of PopArt.
I'm actually WAY more keen on finally getting the single version of How Can You Expect To Be Taken Seriously on cd. If you don't count the original single release, they had 3 chances to do this: Discography, Behaviour Further Listening and PopArt.
