Don't want to sound rude, but I'll be well pissed off if it reaches America before here!

I had the same problem, so I cancelled my first order, and then placed a new one yesterday - it's shipping today, delivered on Thursday :D

I was skimming my Wish List on Amazon earlier today and noticed it was now listed as In Stock...

I have just had this from Amazon.co.uk. FFS!

Dear Customer,

We wanted to give you an update on the status of your order.

We are sorry to report that the following items have been delayed.

Philip Hoare, Chris Heath ""Pet Shop Boys" Catalogue"

Our current estimate is that it will take an additional 4-6 weeks to obtain these items for you.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Is it really already shipping from the US? I might switch my order over. (I am in Japan so it makes no difference either way to me, with regard to postage charges.)
Prick up your ears.

I emailed Amazon UK myself this morning. I placed my order June 10th, and it still says "Delivery estimate: 6 Sep 2006 - 8 Sep 2006". No response from them yet.

this release is turning into a bit of a farce. I've always found Amazon pretty poor when it comes to items not yet release or out of stock but the fact it is available in the US with no concrete info re: it being despatched by Amazon UK beggars belief. Even Play who are normally reliable have had my order listed as being 'out now, awaiting delivery of stock' for over a month
Still waiting to hear the Adam Freeland, Manhattan Clique and Axwell mixes of Integral.

i would guess that the difference between UK and US has to do with the publisher shipping to US amazon early for some reason.

Gardner, im sure im not the only one looking forward to your review.

thanks

I ordered directly from the Schwarzkopf & Schwarzkopf site! This is the German publisher for the 'German version' of the book!
They mailed me yesterday, that the book is on the way and today I got it in the mail.

I love the look of the entire book! And if you have a look on the pages, you immediately get that kick to sit down on the PC and create a new 'Discography Page' with all that great looking covers.

Beside all the cover design (West End girls - Potemkin) they also included the PSB-Chronology (moved on to 2003) and a big Interview with the both of them and a 'discography part' which features all officially released items (12" / 7" and CDs) from their career as long with an short Biography of all the persons, who was involved in their projects (Videos, Singles, Remixes) over the last 25 years!
And for every chapter you will read some lines about it! How they work for it and why they did it in especially that way.

The book don't features all the rare work and design, which came out in the last 25 years (rolling dice, brazil and philippines design, megamixes and bootlegs).
