I assume they'll be signing Pop Art also, which has just be re-issued over here .. apparently with a track correction.

Ok, according to the website they are only signing copies of Fundamental and PopArt.

At least the restriction means that we don't have to carry the book or whatever else we have to the concert (other than the covers of Fundamental and PopArt)...

Its actually east of the village. Right in the center, so to speak. 14th and Broadway.

There's an ad in today's Village Voice, it doesn't mention anything about restrictions, so they will hopefully sign anything.....for instance the Tour Programme

Ah anywhere in that area is safe to park it's a pretty populated place. NYU has dorms around there but the village is always hard to park in.
According to Virgin's website they said they're only signing PopArt or Fundamental.
