Me again...Also what is it with PSB & Birmingham football results. (It seems I can never have both).Phillip wrote:I said before a ball was kicked that Steve Bruce would be sacked in October...So any day now
We lost today...Numb out on Monday.
I'm with Stupid came out...We lost.
Fundamental came out...We got relegated
The list can go on & on...
Heart number 1 in March 1988...We get relegated to old third division.
Come on what's going on...I've often said to my friends (both of them) that this always seems to happen.
But I would rather have a PSB record over BCFC. PSB don't let you down the same way.
I don't really care what number PSB are as long as there out there. Whereas Birmingham's league position
Attitudes are materialistic

Hearts have become a shambles. Another club that fixed something that wasn't broke. George Burley was doing a fantastic job.
I think Leeds need a manager who has been there and done it at the level they are at now. McCallister would be a wise choice as a number 2. No top manager would touch Leeds at the moment with a prick like Father Christmas pulling the strings. George Graham would be ideal for Leeds but i doubt the fans would accept him back.
I doubt Brum can afford to sack Steve Bruce. Nor would they really want to. Who else you going to get that will do a better job? Birmingham will be ok. You just need to have some patience. Too many Brum fans think they have a divine right to be in the Prem. Most of the clubs that are relegated feel the same and all chop and change managers, forgetting what they did in previous years.

Derby 0 Birmingham 1
What a lucky goal, deflection, loops up, hits the inside of the post, comes out & then hits their goalie on the back of the head & into the net. (About time we had some luck).
WBA in the League next, (after Sheff.U in the Cup) after we lose that one we can sack him. (Us Brummies feel we have a divine right to be in the Prem, you see).

Well, you've got Southend twice in four days this week so that should be the perfect opportunity to turn the corner.Native wrote:4 points from 10 games is what we're looking at, if we're lucky...
We're really struggling at the moment. In the first few weeks of the season we looked like we could handle the step-up but unfortunately we couldn't turn performances into points and it looks like some of the players' heads have dropped. Very worrying as a big part of our double promotion was built on team spirit and the ability to grind out results. We had a great result at Burnley last Tuesday and by all accounts deserved more than a point but yesterday's performance against an Ipswich team with a shaky defence was shocking.
Passion, love, sex, money, violence, religion, injustice and death. More on that story later.
