Hi there Everyone,

THanks for all your nice commemts about the site, thanks for looking. To answer some of your gereral questions, the main one being postage. Yes, postage is high but I do send everything signed for/insured which adds to the costs however the costs are changing as the new improved site comes on line the costs will automatically reduce ie you will get postage discount on your second, third item etc..that does not occur at present until the fourth item.

BUT...What I try to operate is a manual system which works as follows...second item costs £1.00 extra for UK and £2.00 for worldwide, additional items are again charged at the same rate. To do this I actually refund the difference in postage when you place your order. I know that means you have to trust me but ripping people off does not benefit anyone. I also sell on ebay, ID Standstillladdy Please see my feedback score there which should reassure you.

Paypal, yes I can do paypal my paypal address is whatuk@aol.com

With respect to Numb release. Obviously EMI split the release dates of the formats the seven inch coming later. Not ideal from posting because a real collector wants all formats. To rectify this, if anyone orders the multi buy and the seven inch then because that will not alter the weight the seven inch will be post free. Hope that helps.

Competitions..a bit late for this release but I still have some PVC album bags left. I do get most releases on promo which I will offer as prizes etc

Well I hope that answers some questions..Thanks for listening. Cheers Tim

Thank you Tim for addressing this issue I mentioned in such a good way. I have now placed my first order of this combo on your site. I hope it works well.

If anyone cares, I found the delivery time to be more than satisfactory. Ordered Numb and got it within a week, which is just as good as most other services.

My only complaint is that I didn't get one of those bags- I had to have been one of the first 25........ :?

If you e-mail Tim via the e-mail button on the bottom of his post in this thread, he will receive it. :)

One would expect from a recomended retailer that the e-mail adresses which are on his site are working. But I tried yet again perhaps it was a temp. problem.

NOPE still bouncing somehow that doesn't makes me trust it much, but since you recommended him I will give them the bennifit of the doubt and try another way.

The website is in the process of being renewed. All his e-mail addresses other than the one you use when you click the e-mail button here are no longer working.

I know that the e-mail address Tim registered here with works as it's the one I use to talk to him. If you are using the e-mail button from here and you're getting bounces then it's something your end. I've never had a bounce from this address and I e-mailed and had a reply from him just yesterday.

If you still have problems, let me know.

I have received my complete "Numb" package, even before I expected and very nicely packaged indeed. The total price came out very attractive too. Consequently, I am very satisfied with my first purchase from this seller.

Spoke to Tim again earlier on in the week. He passes his apologies to those who didn't get carrier bags, his packers didn't know.

I'm sure this would be remedied if you should order anything else and point it out to Tim when you order.
