Psychological Ewan Pearson Mixes

I was wondering if anyone can name the PSB track that the percussion on the above track has been sampled from. It s been niggling me for days. It's sort of got Neil's vocal dubbed over the top err if that makes sense and it is more prominent near the beginning.
