Another good away win for Rovers, following the tornado devastating part of London (better known as the Rovers tornado devastating Brentford 4-0 at home earlier this week!

). Looking better and better as time goes on. Hoping they can continue the away form into home form as they've struggled at home of late.

However, and inconveniently in this case, I said that Everton are the best supported club in the city of Liverpool. One of your mental gifts would undoubtedly appreciate the difference, what with your science degree and all.

THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE.

Saying that Everton are the best supported team in Liverpool is EXACTLY THE SAME as saying that they have more fans in Liverpool than Liverpool do.

Come back when you know what the term "best supported" means. Or perhaps you could tell as all what YOU think it means; I really could do with a laugh.

Yet, here you are, with your august scientific background, failing to provide "facts" to back up your counter-assertion that Liverpool are better supported locally. Indeed, I'm surprised you seem to think "facts" exist for any of these possibilities. These are perceptions. On top of that, you accuse others of "trolling" when it is you who has resorted to foul-mouthed insults during the course of a stunning over-reaction. For somebody who claims to be as well-educated as you do, your quick resort to gutter slang shows you hide it very well. Would it be provocative of me to say, "Calm down, calm down"?

You're splitting hairs here and, of course, in light of the fact that you are also wrong about:

Like I said, don't flatter yourself. I get more upset when my snowman melts in the thaw. My snowman probably has better mental reasoning than you. You come up with specious arguments to support the claptrap you write, and think that because you dress it up with frilly language, that it makes you oh-so-much smarter than everyone else.

Blackpool absolutely hammered Swansea today but we only got a point. Suppose it's a decent result against one of the better sides in this league and sets us up nicely for a play-off push over the festive period with 2 successive home games against Carlisle and Donny.

You obviously haven't noticed how we've been playing!!! I think you'll have to turn in one of your best displays of the season to get anything as we've improved our defence, play quick attacking football and have players like Hoolahan and Parker who can win games on their own. This is the best teams we've had in years and with the likes of Yeovil and Carlisle ahead of us fills me with confidence that the play-offs beckon. I'm aware that Doncaster have some quality players too so should be a good match.

Finally a league win for Southend in the Championship after a four-month drought. Spookily, our three league wins have all been against teams beginning with S who play in red and white stripes (Stoke, Sunderland and Southampton).

Seriously, it was great to see we still have the desire to stay up, even though it now looks an unlikely scenario. Southampton looked really good going forward but vulnerable at the back and we picked them off with two fantastic long-range efforts. The last few minutes were hugely nerve-wracking as we should have buried the game by then (we missed three one-on-ones at 2-0).

Next week we are at Luton who, given their recent slump, look beatable. A win there would lift us off the bottom (we play on Friday night), which would put additional pressure on Hull and give us a psychological boost.

I think we'll still be relegated but as long as we give it everything, like we did yesterday, I'll be satisfied.

You can't beat Luton as they don't play in red & white stripes & don't begin with the letter S.

Anyway, good luck in the Cup Quarter-Final. I hope you get extra time as well cos' your playing us then 3 days later at your place. (I don't want to lose to bottem of League team
