From what I saw of the programme it looked pretty disappointing.

It just seemed to be pics of Kylie and that's it. No interviews or anything. Having said that, I viewed it from a distance so I could be wrong. I think I heard on the radio that if you bought the programme you also got the original programme that was going to be on sale at her original tour as well.

Plus it was $50 - not cheap!!!

yeah, the programme is AUS $50 - a little too steep for me to get you a copy as well hun - sorry !! I have to wait till pay day to get myself one when I go again on Wednesday nite !! The programme DOES look amazing - both of them are extremely arty, the new one is probably the better one - all shots of her with the new short hair-do. If it wasn't so close to Xmas, I would try to get you a copy, but I haven't actually started the Xmas shopping yet. Oops.

But, on with the review :

in a word - AMAZING

The whole atmosphere was incredible and you really got a sense that Kylie was in her hometown of Melbourne performing to her extended family

There were several new elements to the show, as well as new costumes - all of which worked brilliantly.

The songs added were - White Diamond, Cowboy Style, Finer Feelings, Too Far, Kids, Burning Up/Vogue rap, Light Years and Turn It Into Love. Several sections too were re-visualised - a Dr.Who space theme was added as well as a middle Eastern section. Kylie wore a stunning ruby red dress for the Somewhere over the rainbow/Come into my world section. When she sang "now I'm home" she hinted that she was - in Melbourne. The crowd went crazy !!!!!

As a treat - this very concert I attended was actually being filmed and will be used for the dvd release !! Hurrah !! Several times throughout the nite we were informed of this and there were several floating cameras and such zooming all over the stage etc.

Also, Dannii Minogue was in the audience and she came down to the front of the stage, after Kylie pointed her out ! Family all around !

Totally amazing nite, and the feeling of complete euphoria that filled the arena was electrifying !

Definately her best tour to date, and the crowd proved it !

Looking forward to it all again on Wednesday nite

yeah !!! no problem with the book...think i saw the scanned pix on some other forum and they looked fab indeed...but yes 50$ is a bit much

Am glad u enjoyed the show ! how was the indian section, i believe there was a lot of choreography there, how many people fill the laver arena ??

The Rod Laver arena holds about 14000 - and she has 6 sold out shows here !!

Yay - just got back from going again tonite - this time we were 10 rows from the front ! Hurrah !!

AND Dannii Minogue was there again (doesn't she have anything to do ??!!)

Brilliant nite again, and Kylie did spectacularly. Only thing is that during the song "Dreams" she lost her concentration and couldn't stop laughing as someone in the audience had a banner than said "MINOGUE IS A HORNBAG". She got so distracted and amused by it that she cracked up and left the song for the backing singers to sing, whilst giggling and clutching her sides !! Hilarious stuff !!

I saw her at Wembley last night. Fun show. I liked the new sections but was quite glad she kept some of the older ones. Think my favorite bit was "Especially For You" just as it was the last time. Well, that and "I Should Be So Lucky" mixed with Yazz.

Hearing the cd is just pure bliss - music really makes me wanna, erm....

I adore the new sections too - and its finally amazing to hear "White Diamond" in HQ...
