There's a different between a fake and an illegal bootleg. This item is an illegal bootleg, not a fake.

A fake is when you claim something that's not true. For instance: stating that this cd is a studio cdr acetate, radio promo etc, when it is in fact just a homemade cdr.

But really, once again, wouldn't it be a much better idea to have one central topic about all fake and/or dubious items on eBay? - People who doubt the authenticity of a certain item, can simply check that topic to see if it's being discussed there. I really don't see why a forum with PSB discussion should be flooded with all kinds of illegal items on eBay.

I second that emotion. Seprate section for all this kind of stuff would be good.

One thread, maybe a sticky, called something like "PSB rarity on eBay? Check if it's fake here" would do the job.
