"Cubism - Live In Concert" was filmed in High Definition on November 14th 2006 in Mexico City at the Auditorio Nacionale. It was directed by David Barnard whose previous credits include the live concert films of Björk and Gorillaz. The sound for the film has now been mixed by long-standing Pet Shop Boys engineer Bob Kraushaar in both stereo and 5:1 surround sound.

Pet Shop Boys formed in London in August 1981 and are the most successful duo in UK pop history with 36 top 20 hits and 10 top-ten albums. They have sold over 100 million records worldwide. The release of their ninth studio album last summer, "Fundamental" (EMI), has already produced another two Top 20 singles in the UK and the US.

In December 2006, Pet Shop Boys were nominated for two Grammy Awards for Best Dance Recording ("I'm with Stupid") and Best Electronic/Dance Album (Fundamental). EMI have also recently released a documentary DVD "A Life In Pop".

"Cubism - Live in Concert" features the same show that the Pet Shop Boys will be touring worldwide in 2007.

They should have that DVD recorded in SP - Brazil, so Being Boring would be included.

It'd be better one of Brazilian date than the Mexican gig, but it remains a good DVD even if I'd preffer a DVD with the concert and a Live CD Audio instead of a little documentary and some pics in the other disc.

same here! I also first was thinking the article originally came from the official page! But it's a note from Warner Vision which announces the forthcoming DVD release!

Neil is on holidays in South America, so guess it will take a while to come up on the official page!

I know that PSB has sold about 50 million records and both I'm with stupid than Minimal are not been in the US top 20 but only in the Dance chart that not considers the selling but only how much a track is played in the clubs. Maybe Warner Vision and EMI does not speak to eachother

No, Paninaro was introduced into the setlist in January 2007 when they played in Madrid.
