They might have imagined such a collaboration in their wildest dreams back then at the time of Release. If not, why would they record that awful tune?

Bacause we know about DVD for long time...i thin that it isn't this news.
It maybe something like: New single hmmm maybe not Sodom, maybe not Integral - Psychological (for example released only in germany etc)
Sometimes break between singles release is loooong. I still believe
