no, but I don't think it will be thaaaat exciting thing, most of the users hope here! I'm not sure, but I learned to translate "Neils way of putting out a news about an upcoming exciting news" in the last years!
I can't remember we "all time up-to-date" fans were surprised by any 'breaking news' from the official page! There always was someone, who spread the rumour -here- hours before!

Pet Shop Boys' concert in Mexico City on November 14th was filmed and is currently being edited for DVD release by Warner Vision probably in June. The sound for the film has now been mixed by long-standing PSB engineer, Bob Kraushaar, in both stereo and 5:1. The director is David Barnard whose previous credits include live concert films of Bjork and Gorillaz.

Sorry to sound a bit of a kiljoy but whats exciting about a DVD release?
We've all seen concerts on video / dvd before so apart from the dedicated collector aspect, theres no real excitement is there??
Surely its going to be something that none of the fans would expect?
I'm not one to speculate so I'll just sit in the corner and wait,

From the OS:
13 March 2007
Neil and Jake Shears have recorded a track together for release as a single later this year. 'He's Reginald' came about after the two performed at a charity gig last month and Jake suggested that they write something together. "I told Neil that I wasn't going to leave his dressing room until he started writing some lyrics!" says Jake. "It was a very natural process. Jake has some fantastic ideas and the song evolved beautifully. We're very happy with it," reveals Neil.

Well I don't get what's so "very exciting" about specifying the release date of an item known for a iong time (and with the release schedule also indicated earlier)...TheGardner wrote:yeah okay, but nothing about the release date!
I assume the exciting news would be the announce of the release date May 23. as next official date of an Pet Shop Boys release!

I'm probably setting myself up for a complete flame session here, but is there anyone else here that likes Erasure as well as PSB???
I personally would like to hear PSB cover an Erasure track and vice versa. That would be interesting. Maybe West End girls and Blue Savannah?, LOL
Sorry, I know its off topic but the previous post set me off.
