On, WWW.PLAY.COM , free delivery charges wordwide, 22 Euros, but make sure you change the currency display from GBP to EUROS, because by default it goes to GBP , and if you are not in the UK, it will not let you place the order unless displayed in EUROS.

WWW.CDWOW.COM, free delivery too but usually a bit cheaper than PLAY...However the DVD is not yet available on PRE ORDER , but I am sure it will be in the next 2 weeks.

I think The Ideal Copy have a PAL Region 0 DVD for pre-order, not NTSC.

I saw NTSC on amazon.com.

I think I'll wait for a reliable vendor to get PAL region 0.
Amazon UK is PAL region 2.

A region 0 DVD means it has no region set on the DVD.
It will play on any player regardless of the players region.
Of course PAL on PAL, and NTSC on NTSC.

Region code Area
0 Informal term meaning "playable in all regions"
1 Bermuda, Canada, United States and U.S. territories
2 The Middle East, Western Europe, Central Europe, Egypt, French overseas territories, Greenland, Japan, Lesotho, South Africa and Swaziland
3 Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea and Taiwan
4 Australia, New Zealand, Central America, the Caribbean, Mexico, Oceania and South America
5 The rest of Africa, Former Soviet Union, the Indian subcontinent, Mongolia and North Korea
6 Mainland China
7 Reserved for future use (found in use on protected screener copies of MPAA-related DVDs, and "media-copies" of pre-releases in Asia)
8 International venues such as aircraft, cruise ships, etc.

I must be in region 7, because I am from the year 2567

You are correct.

Thankfully, mine will play either PAL or NTSC.

I'll have to check if EMI Italy is releasing the DVD (with Italian subtext....so I don't have to translate :P )...
