Most of the Village People were heterosexual, you ignorant bigot.
they want to show anyone succesful or an entertainer is gay and as such is one of their tribe. I get it.
Apparently you don't. Not only is a mere handful of the list comprised of entertainers, but the vast majority of celebrities are not "one of their tribe."

In my experience, straight people are ferociously, intrusively interested as to whether a person is gay. A bookish boy, an unattached man at a party? Constant. You never called someone a faggot in the schoolyard Glenn?

Comic to imply that straights and casual bigots, like you, don't care if people are gay.
As if hostility to gay people was a thing of the past, when you constantly register your distaste and dislike of gay people, and seem to expect a medal because you're not actually advocating murder, or something.

Deeply weird of you to say that Robin Williams is gay, but instructive as to your zombie prejudices. Multiply married with many kids and not the slightest evidence, you think he's suspicious because in his comic roles and personal life, he hasn't taken the time to express hostility to gay people? Or be a macho posturing asshole? Sounds like a well-adjusted heterosexual to me. Is it inconceivable to you that a straight man could ever be sympathetic to gay people and have gay friends?

"Laugh a minute". Nice defensive posturing, sorry tired cliche. Every single one of those people on that list - you aren't fit to criticize a single one of them. You wouldn't last a moment in their shoes, having to deal with the prejudices of jerks like you.

You'd look like much less of an idiot if you bothered to educate yourself before opening your mouth. Playing a role in the Village People was a job. Just like George on Grey's Anatomy.

deschanel I have no problem with gay people. I kid with them all the time here.

I would imagine its your type that always creates drama and hostility where there is none concerning sexuality.

you have a sort of complex about straight/gay interactions and your inserting your psychosis on me.

accept yourself, then worry about how glenn ridge is acting around gay people.

And being in the Village People is an interesting job for a straight man. And yet straight most of them were. Some people just have interesting jobs.

You very obviously do. But it's kind of amusing you don't realize it.

no not at all. there is however, a few...gay people that are hypersensitive about being gay. so they imagine slights when dealing with straight guys. you cant kid around with them. they have to be handled with kid gloves. the sacred cow types.maybe your one.

but your not going to get far with the village people is a job for straight guys. if your young and you start a group before its famous and wear hotpants and play disco music...your gay.

maybe if your an established actor, you want to stretch your acting abilitys...or play a quirky role ...who knows maybe your straight. but village people? gay.

No. If you f*ck other men, you're gay. Last time I checked, being in a band (camp or not) didn't make someone gay.
