The complete tracklisting for 'Highlights'?

I read that the Highlights VHS only includes eight songs:

The Sound of the Atom Splitting
It's a Sin
Shopping
Love Comes Quickly
Domino Dancing
Rent
King's Cross
It's Alright

But, there were many more songs performed, and I've found videos of those. So far I've also seen:

Always on my mind
Heart
Left to my own devices
Later tonight
Nothing has been proved
Occupy your mind
One more chance
Opportunities

...But what was the running order of all of these songs during the real concert?? And are there still more songs that I haven't listed here?

And when is Highlights going to be released on DVD....?
