If she's not happy, I'm sure she knows where the door is. She's not irreplacable. As you said, she is an employee - she will therefore get paid like one. Neil and Chris are millionnaires because they have written over 200 songs, had 40 UK hit singles, etc, etc. Whereas, Sylvia is just a backing singer. She should have no problem with their income.

Not very gallant, not sporting, not very kind of you to say Sylvia's just there to be used and tossed after two decades. If PSB tours had to depend on Neil's vocals alone, it'd be a very sterile CAUCASIAN experience. They used her for her voice, her soulful authenticity, she was a mighty boost to every show they did. Shocked that you're saying she should be thrown on the trash heap and replaced if she doesn't like it.

Sylvia Mason-James provides vocals to more than just the Pets, although she has obviously worked extensively with them. She has also had a number one single more recently than the Pets have.
