MINOGUE EARNS GBP4.5 MILLION IN YEAR FROM THE INDUSTRY

Pop superstar KYLIE MINOGUE pocketed a whopping GBP4.5 million ($9 million) in the year-long break she took from the music industry in 2005 to battle cancer - almost doubling her earnings from the previous year. The Can't Get You Out Of My Head hitmaker, 39 was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2005 and subsequently took a year out of her career to receive treatment for the disease. But in her time away from the spotlight, the pop princess still managed to make an income of GBP2.63 million ($5.26 million) from other business ventures, in addition to her salary of GBP1.85 million ($3.7 million) from worldwide record sales. The accounts of her firm Darenote revealed the company made profits of GBP142,807 ($285,614) in the year April 2005 to March 2006. Minogue is currently recording her comeback album after successfully beating breast cancer last year (06).

thats a fan made cover from another Kylie forum site - its fake.

And the new Kylie single ? Wow - not even the die hard fans on the other Kylie forums have heard this. Are you sure its not Dannii Minogue ? Don't wanna doubt you, but....yeah. I don't think so

Kylie's new single hasn't actually been finished yet...

The DJ in the bar I was in definitely said it was Kylie. I asked my friend if I had heard right and he said yes. I know this DJ is a big Kylie fan and would have access to all kinds of goodies, so I took him at his word. I've not checked on the Internet so am in doubt now. But that's what he said.

I'm familiar with Made Of Glass so it wasn't that, but I guess time will tell. I can't remember it now, but I'm sure I'd recognise it if I heard it again. I remember thinking 'Oh dear', but I thought that when I first heard Slow and I like that track now...

so looks like new single should make way mid sept and beyond ? EMI love releasing stuff just before Xmas. Also Fever, Ultimate were released in the Oct time frame..

plus she's on the BBC double album for Radio 1, singing a cover of 'Love is a Drug' and as guest vocals on Just Jack's album in a song called 'I talk too much' !!
