Tv companies are desperate to sign a deal to show Watership Down

But seriously, why isnt there a flood aid, if anywhere else in the world had floods or famin or some kind of natural disaster, slob gelldorf would be begging us to part with our hard earned. And no, its not well off people suffering, ive seen asians filling their cars with bucket loads of water.

Was it last year that our marxist prime minister sent £7,000,000,000 Billion of our taxes to aid Africa? Only £600,000 is spent on flood defences countrywide, and that didn't work.

gregf tells us his homeland has been going through a 7 year draught, why dont we send them some help?

I agree, we should get our own problems sorted out first - but without Geldof's interferance. Money should be kept and spent on flood defences because this is going to be happening more often.

Just spotted this post. To quote "I've seen asian filling their cars with bucket loads of water" Well i suppose you mean that you have seen Asian people emptying their cars with buckets rather than filling, but anyways..... Why do you assume that Asian people are poor/not well off? Indians - as oppossed to Pakistanis and Bangladeshis - have done very well in this country in terms of educational achievement and economic activity. Considering this, they are highly likely to be living in the leafy parts of the country and like their white middle class neighbours will be covered by insurance. Mmmn 'interesting analysis'.
Hello my name is Neil Tennant and I'm Chris Lowe and we're of the Pet Shop Boys.
