truth be told with the nature of this release it wouldn't surprise me if the full mix is only on the commercial vinyl, enticing people to buy another formatOne of the crowd wrote:Steffen,TheGardner wrote:It seems we only would get the 'Full Mix' on some of the promo vinyls, which comes with the new album!
Are you saying that this Promo comes with the album?

Still waiting to hear the Adam Freeland, Manhattan Clique and Axwell mixes of Integral.

I think you are wrong. Taken from the parlophone press release on the OS (under the date 23 Aug):TheGardner wrote:It is! That info comes from EMI/Capitol in Germany! It seems we only would get the 'Full Mix' on some of the promo vinyls, which comes with the new album!! wrote:The clip says 7" mix and on the PSB-Discography website the 7" mix is listed as being on the album. I hope this isn't true!
On Disco 4 we DEFINITELY will get the 7" only!
"....The album is available on CD and vinyl. “Disco 4” collects together Pet Shop Boys’ extended dance mixes of The Killers, Madonna, Yoko Ono, Rammstein, Atomizer and David Bowie, as well as a new extended mix of PSB live highlight “Integral” and their maxi-mix of the single “I’m With Stupid”...."
It says the "extended" mix, so it's the full mix on Disco 4, not the 7" mix.

I can dig that. I plan on doing a personal-use 2-CDR compilation of tracks from the Fundamental era which were not released commercially on CD format. It will include mixes from the Minimal and I'm with stupid promos, mixes from 12" singles, the Minimal DVD single, Try It (Almighty mix), these Integral mixes and so on...! wrote: I'll be downloading the full mix and making my own D4. f*** 'em.
Fair enough, it wouldn't make a very good commercial release, but unlike Disco 4 there's actually some logical point to it.

Not sure if the pomo(s) will come with the album, but actually it (they) should promote Disco4 and appear earlier than the final comercial release! One of the crowd wrote:Steffen,

So hoping for (at least) one promo with a Extended and a Dub mix of 'Integral'

Hello, I said in another thread that I feel a bit guilty about that outburst. I will buy it eventually but for now, I'm going to make my own.retrofuturist wrote:I can dig that.
