Dentist advice please!

Hi! I'm not well and worry a lot etc... I'm supposed to be having some work done to my teeth (due to people in the past messing them up). I've got to pay a lot of money as the NHS will not pay etc...

Went to make my appointment and the Receptionist was really "Off" (Understatement!!!!) with me. It has actually put me off going back. I don't mant to make trouble or anything but, would you complain? Or am I being over sensitive?

It depends on how she was "off" with you. It's no excuse, but maybe she was having a bad day.

If she was offensive then it might be worth complaining.

I e-mailed them in the end to say what happened and have got an appointment to see them next week.
