The role of the referees is in general underrated.

I think clowns Motson & Lawrenson are going for some kind of world record in saying one player's name the most amount of times during 90 minutes of football. Kazim Richards, I shall never forget thee.

The Germans are crap to be honest. One of the worst keepers and back line in the competition.

Do the German strikers like each other? They don't play as a partnership at all.

OMG They've only bloody won it! I think Michael Caine's boys would have whipped this lot but you really have to admire them. Ever since they beat the far superior Hungarians in 1954, they've always had the ability to win when crap.

Ther Germans are brilliant at attacking on the break though. Just proven by Lahm's goal. It's a pity he can't defend because he would be a hell of a player.

Anyway, sod the match. Get the camera's focusing on those blond girls in the crowd.

Going by the English commentators' way of determining how great England are, Russia must beat Spain and Germany otherwise Ireland are officially better than England because Germany were in our qualifying group.

How did the Germans pull that off?
Turkey will be gutted to lose that, they were by far the better team. Russia or Spain will not fear the Germans after that match, and the Germans would love that.
I hope the final doesn't go to penalties. Would be a shame for the competition which has been great up to this point.

Bloody Germans, eh ! I think its been ingrained into their dna through the generations; even an ordinary side such as this can get to the final on pure memory of past achievements. Cracking game by the way.

For some reason I'd fancy Russia to beat the Germans over Spain. However, because of their limitations, Germany's games have been very entertaining to watch.

It goes to show that European international football is at it's weakest for some time. The better sides have been the outsiders. Germany are in the final and to be fair, it's one of the worst German sides i've ever seen.

Most of the so called top players from many of the nations have been garbage. The tournament has been exciting but a let down as far as the so called big named players go.

Personally, Turkey have given me the most enjoyment. i use to detest watching them as all they use to do was cheat and bring the game into disrepute. This tournament they have been fantastic. Entertaining to watch, hard workingand play as a team.
