Come on Spain! Can't believe the Germans have managed to sneak their way through yet another tournament.

I think the Germans will win. They are a lucky side at times and definatly over-rated but in big games they do the business. Up the level of opposition and Germany up their game

Isn't Ballack meant to be injured? I can't see them winning without him.

Of course I... i don't want to forgive Spain, but in the same time, Germany did much more aweful things for Russia, so... I am confused.

No one really loves Germany in my country so much.
Don't know...

Germany was responsible for the deaths of 20 million + Russians.
Spain beat Russia in a football match.

An easy choice, I think.

None of the players dare use their wrong foot. Must be half a dozen times players have cut inside.

Shite defending on the goal but excellent finish.

Germany had no chance, it was obvious.
Spain dictates the game.
I think Germany was lucky because Spain could score more, for example 5-0 or 7-0.
Well, Spain is much more stronger.

¡Felicidades Alfonso!

You deserved it. Also If you won a major tournament after 44 years, maybe England... nah...

Yep, curtail those outrageous thoughts, YFU. Can't imagine England passing the ball as accurately and as intricately as Spain have done throughout the tournament; not in my lifetime anyway.

Congrats to Spain for finally delivering and keeping me entertained for the past month. Great goal from Torres as well. I want more of that from him next season.

Now I wonder if Rafael Nadal can complete a Spanish double and win Wimbledon next Sunday.

Seeing Lehmann's face after Spain picked up the cup, I experienced what can only be termed schadenfreude...

SPAIN WINS.

I live in Gijon (Asturias). This city has one of the best Spanish teams called Sporting de Gijón. It's not a team with too much money but with it has had very good players. David Villa (the bigger goal scorer of this Eurocup) started his career in the Sporting of Gijón, he was born in Asturias too.
