Anyone else having issues with this? For me its really buggy with lots of glitches. clicking a link or button takes ages to respond and just moving the cursor across the screen seems to leave little boxes everywhere. Its is basically really slow and glitchy!

I haven't noticed anything yet, but I'll give it time. These glitches will probably surface eventually.

Been on 8 since getting the iPhone.
Only noticed it is getting slow to start as it gets bigger and fatter (like me).

There is a diagnostics option now under help pull-down.

Bring up task manager and see if it seems to be using too much CPU.
See if there is network activity.
Do you have podcasts coming down ?
Manually initiate an update to see if it has been fixed.

Sorry in advance if these are dumb suggestions to you. 8)

Does anyone know how to register for an iTunes Store account without entering credit or debit card details? My 14 year old niece got a snazzy new iPod for her birthday last week. Being a child, she doesn't have a credit card. She can't even download album artwork without an iTunes Store account on iTunes 8. What a load of old nonsense!

I've been able to do it using just an itunes voucher, I'll try and remember how I did it, it was a kerfuffle IIRC
Still waiting to hear the Adam Freeland, Manhattan Clique and Axwell mixes of Integral.

I am really confused about getting an "Apple ID".
That is the ID you use on their support forums.

It wants credit card details as well.
And I am not going to enter a duplicate set of details to my iTunes Store account. :?
Stuck and confused.

Cheers, Flaffer. My brother has since heard from Apple support and was told he should buy his daughter a gift card and that she would be able to register for an iTunes Store account with that. It is kind of pathetic that he has to spend more money so she can use her new (and really rather buggy) iPod properly.

As for me, I turned Genius off after it told me that I was missing Integral from my library... while I was actually listening to Integral!

I've been having similar experiences. At first I thought it was because my titles may have been worded differently, e.g It's A Sin vs It's a sin but it's not the case. Grrr...
