Hi folks, please can someone more fluent in this subject/language explain to me what does the author of the text below mean with "my concerns must be addressed"? What am I expected to do to fulfill this request (address his concerns)?
Thank you for any hint!
"Let me try to describe the situation from your point of view and from mine.
Your view as I believe it to be.
You expected a 2003 Microsoft Office Standard Ed to use in your business. At first glance the product look like want you expected. You then began loading the program and found information that was not consistence with the labeling. The program indicates it is a Home and Student version which can not be used for business.
My point of view.
I bought the program that stated that it is 2003 Microsoft Office Standard Ed for my personal use at home and as part of my work from home. I never saw anything nor remember anything that would have me question that the program was something other than want it stated on the package. I then bought the 2007 Microsoft Office Standard Ed, uninstalled the 2003, loaded 2007. Then decided to get something for the old program by selling it on Ebay.
You were the winner and your first response to me was all is fine, and thanks. (I was told by friends not to do business out of the country, you will have problems.)
Then you state, there is a problem and you think I sent you a copy. This caused me to suspect the following:
The program is not what you need, you need to get the 2003 Microsoft Office Professional Ed to have the capabilities you need in your business.
Therefore:
If the program has the restrictions that you claim then of course I will accept return and refund you the payment, but my concerns must be addressed."
Erm, what are they saying? (addressing a concern)

OK but what is his intention? Does he want me to admit the phrase you put bold, or what?
I mean, after this I wrote him I'm happy he agrees with refunding etc. and that as soon as he sends the money back I will return the item, but he got back with this again. (I asked him for explanation, but I'm curious so I tried to ask here in the meantime.)
