whats very telling is these protests are always centered on the Israeli RESPONSE actions. never against the fundi's and Hamas OFFENSIVE actions that cause these flareups.

until thats adressed, till its diagnosed.... a tit for tat comparing the failures american culture versus middle eastern culture is just a distraction Galata.

I see your point, but is anyone bombing Dublin? No.
My point too. They didn't have to be active in Dublin, they had the North.

erm! against Fundi's and Hamas?? You dont live in this planet Glenn! You still believe cultured Afghan pilots destroyed WTC don't you! Taleban Air Forces (What a cool name). And now, I think you are talking about "Hamas Air Forces".....

Be serious! Of course people will blame Usa and Israel.. Your troops came to Afghan to bring democracy! What happened? Chaos! America is in Iraq now! What happens! Murders, chaos,! Terorism has increased... If Latins Europeans Even canadians protests Usa + Israel, You should think twice...

You always blame Middle-east cultures! Can you tell me How old your culture is?

Ok, I can see where you are coming from. A slightly twisted logic, but I get you. Twisted, because in a way you could compare Northern Ireland to Israel as Patrick Bateman suggests. But you could also compare it to being the small flsashpoint in a bigger picture, i.e., Gaza.

Was this you ...... ?

Quoted from Snopes.com

At a recent U2 concert in Glasgow, Scotland, [Bono] asked the audience for total quiet.

Then, in the silence, he started to slowly clap his hands, once every few seconds. Holding the audience in total silence, he said into the microphone, “Every time I clap my hands, a child in Africa dies.”

From the front of the crowd a voice with a broad Scottish accent pierced the quiet …

“Well, f*** stop doin it then, ya evil bastard!”

Despite my left wing politics I am a supporter of the idea of a Jewish homeland and for Israelis - as distinct from Jews - to defend themselves when under sustained attack, however Israel's actions over the past few days have been entirely disproportiante. Israel's leaders should recognise that they cannot 'win' in the long term and come to a two state solution in conjunction with Fatah a.s.a.p like they should have done with the nationalist PLO - as oppossed to Islamist Hamas - several years ago....

Oh, Bono knows precisely what he's doing. Nobody ever lost money underestimating the intelligence of the general public.

Drico.

in the interests of fairness you would get as bigoted, vile an opinion from someone on the other side.
