Not the winner. That was mediocre - but song no.1 "Lykkelig I Nat" - a classy pop-tune!

Ah good old Eurovision! Not long to go now, I loved last year's song from Malta.

Lykkelig I Nat is a great song , but the singer is kinda lousy ( he sounded really bad during the performance ) .

I liked a different song the most . I can't remember the name , but it sounded very Erasure-ish . During the Grand Prix competition , the song was performed at #5 or 6 . I wanted that one to win .

But , of course , the one who wins is some talentless Ricky Martin-wannabie with his lame crap . There's no justice in the world !

My favourites never seem to win.

The singer of Lykkelig I Nat is very good on the studio recording, but you're right - he wasn't good on the night, sadly!

Nah . The ones who are the best in sending boring crap to the competition must be either Portugal or Switzerland . Damn , those have a posh tradition in making unlistenable music !

We're crap this year! (but then, aren't we always?) The chosen group is Blue Cafe, who happen to be dead popular here, with a song so absolutely lifeless it reminds a zombie. Coincidentally, so did the vocalist during her performance. There was one good song I think, it conveniently ended up outside top three.

Anyway, next year *I* will be sending my song in (I didn't make it this year because I didn't get my new equipment soon enough to record a good enough version). Ahh I forgot, if we end up last we don't get to perform next year...

yeah you do, it's a new system now isn't it? You go to a semi finals first and then perhaps on to the final.
Poland last year... please tell me that was not the horrid Keine Grenzen? Damn that was awful!

I do love Blue Cafe though... I've got "you may be in love" and it's fabulous. Well...I think it is anyway

Perhaps that says more about my taste than about anything else
