I'm certainly no Bush fan, but if I have to choose between "criminal" and "hero", I'd call him a criminal. The guy abused his position as a journalist to do something that's illegal. He broke the law and showed to be a bad, prejuidiced journalist.

"Criminal" is a very big word, 3 years in prison is way too long, but calling him a "hero" is insane.

I am abstaining, because although he is a criminal, he shouldn't be locked up for what he did. Neither is he a hero, but I certainly do wish that I had done it.

thats the scary thing.....the "journalist" very well would have used a weapon for lack of being able to get one in what with security.he used his shoe, you laugh but you wouldnt be laughing it you got hit with a hard object thrown point blank. in fact.....you'd probably want the thrower to have the book thrown at him and then you'd sue.

Being a pain in the ass, probably. But I doubt you'd do three days in jail, let alone three years. Everyone needs to get a grip.

I give you that... the shoe guy wasnt the brightest....well thats a given... but the most enjoyingly delicious part of this is he tried to injure Bush a foriegner.... and as it turns out the only one injured was himself when he was given a right proper thrashing by his fellow Iraqi when he was taken into custody.
