Especially hard to learn/understand as Falco's got a strong accent be-
cause he's Austrian.

This is one of my favourites. ;)

We were never being boring, we had too much time to find for ourselves.

We are star stuff which has taken its destiny into its own hands. The loom of time and space works the most astonishing transformations of matter. We are a way for the universe to know itself.

One of the best songs from Priklucheniya Elektronika movie.

I still think PSB would make a cover of it.
This song is one of my fav of all time.
Genius music and fatastic lyric.
<object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/1ZrwrHjHLSo&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/1ZrwrHjHLSo&hl=ru_RU&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>

Bremenskie Muzykanty - one of the most popular songs.
By the way this soundtrack to this cartoon was sold in the Soviet Union 28 000 000 copies only for 2 years.
Just imagine 28 000 000 for 2 years! The last thing I heard is 48 000 000 were sold officially, only vynil!
And it's only for The USSR.
It was also released for Finland, Japan and few other countries also as Romania, Poland and etc...
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/lJuLNTEJubE&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/lJuLNTEJubE&hl=ru_RU&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

And finally is... One of the best songs of 80-s.
The Soviet Union didn't have Mtv or something like that.
Prekrasnoe Daleko was soundtrack for Gostia iz Budushego movie (Guest from the future).
Music is awesome and I have to say that the girl in the movie was mega popular.
This movie is like... Back to the future for US or... Indiana Jones or any cult movie like Star Wars.
I know no one who didn't like this song. It was written the same composer as for Prikluchenie Elektronika.
This movie was released in 1984 on tv. Aslo I think it's one of the best melodies of 20 century, for me, it's in Top 5 best songs ever written. The extended version includes fantastic electric piano part that wasn't include here.
