I used to work for an international IT company.
I was based in Australia and usually worked on problems
with people in America. The emails with Americans were
always businesslike and .. avoiding humour that may be misunderstood.
One time I needed to collaborate with someone I knew in the UK.
I sent him a long email describing the customer problem and
left the office around 7pm. I had added at the bottom ...
P.S. Please keep sending episodes of "The Bill".
I got into work next day and he had replied.
A long email about how we should investigate the customers
technical problem. And at the bottom was ...

to stop sending episodes of "Home And Away".

The verdict: Chris's surreal cameo was far, far better. Lily had trouble playing the part of Lily Allen, and had to rely on a live performance. No Marlene Kratz either.
