I was trapesing round a DIY store recently and heard Strong over the PA system and thought it had the worst lyrics in the history of pop music (I was in a miserable mood anyway) and RW was very overrated. Then today on the car radio they played Feel and I thought it was one of the best pop songs ever - and RW was unappreciated as a songwriter.

This will be an important record for him I think - make or break.

Does Robbie himself write songs? I am surprised...

His greatest hits is a very good addition to the collection of a music lover...It has great songs.

He used to co-write his songs with Guy Chambers...a really good combination if you ask me. Then after a few disagreements, Robbie found himself writing some songs on his own and working with other peeps, but I don't think it worked for him, hence his albums weren't as good and he disappeared from the music scene for a bit.
He was suppose to release another swing album, but there's so many rumours around (Robbie keeps saying different things) that I really don't know what to expect.

But you're totally right. Strong is cringeworthy and Feel is out-of-this-world brilliant.

Everyone needs to own Rudebox, what a fabulous, sprawling, innovative pop record that's also incredibly silly, but not Weird Al silly. Get it..Do it now..do it do it do it..if you want to walk to the record store to get it don't talk. just do it
And tryin' to figure out what happened to 'Germaine Propaine'
"He couldn't have fell off that hard" Ain't no way
"What happened to the way you was rappin' when you was scandalous
That Canibus turned into a television evangelist"
Plus he raps with his regular voice [BOOSH! BOOSH!]
[BOOSH! BOOSH!] (What was that?) Pet Shop Boys

The man should get shot for providing the world with the karaoke disaster that is 'Angels'....other than that he's cool with me!

I think it will be worse than Rudebox and etc...
First single is not good.

I am almost sure it won't be a hit and I'll be very surprised if it will be in Top 10 UK.

It is awful but of course it'll be a hit. It bears repeating: most people in the UK are Epsilon-minus semi-morons.

Bodies sounds like Enigma producing somebody with special needs singing a Five track. Bound to be number one then.

Saw a bit of Bodies on tv...it's not very good, especially as a comeback.

I like it, but then I like Robbie anyway. It'll depend how well it is marketed and what the video is like I think.
