It seems that to most men, they like womens feet. It seems that almost all women not only don't care about guys feet, but dislike feet very much in general. Why is this?

Speaking of feet, this thread suggests you can't keep yours out of your mouth. Any chance you'll keep the banal musings to the privacy of your own imagination rather than giving us a non-stop stream of consciousness whenever the mood takes?

The odd thread is fine, but you're simultaneously littering the board with multiple threads such as this and exhuming long-dead discussion strands from 2004. A little bit of forum etiquette would be nice, because it's clear you are getting up the noses of some forum regulars.

However, in this case, I feel this is a valid thread. It's an unusual thing, the opinions on feet. I'm sure I could have quoted a scientific study and then it would be more valid, but in this case, there just isn't much studies out there on this topic. Perhaps this gets to much into fetishes, which is sexual, which is not so much a topic wanted for discussion on this board, I don't know. But I think it's a valid point of discussion in the off topic area otherwise. Are there women who read this thread who like feet, even just their own? Are there guys who read this thread who hate feet? There seem to be no good explanations for this difference between the two sexes other then that stuff about the humonculous in men. But apparently that doesn't hold for women?

If the topic is off limits, then I apologize, otherwise would be interesting.

a guy being into a womans foot to me seems like a fetish and while theres nothing wrong with that, I think its more normal a guy being into womens legs.

I honestly think this is a cultural thing. Saying "check out those feet" would be seen as a bit pervy. Feet are not shown off in public on purpose, whereas legs are some of the time (depending on what climate you live). Although you could say sandals show off the tops of the feet. I like feet, but I don't go around saying either of those two things (a bit shy in public, really, despite my persona on here).

What is interesting, is that it does seem that lesbian girls tend to like other girls feet in a fetish way. I don't know if that is true of gay guys.

What a fetish is or not is up for debate. I wouldn't take anything the psychological community publishes in the DSM without a grain of salt. Remember, being gay was a mental illness in the 1970s DSM. And of course, it is, in respect that it deviates from the norm. People with feet fetish also deviate, though almost none need help with their "problem" because they enjoy it.

Not all feet fetishes are the same, either. Some like the soles (like myself) and they can be wrinkled or not. Some like the instep, some love toes big or small. Some want to smell, some want to look at feet in socks, or boots, or what have you. Just like some people here love "Foot"steps and some don't.
