New Jack Swing
I pretty sure I like New Jack Swing, but I've really only heard Bobby Brown and Seriously and a couple other tunes. Are there any other winners in the genre?
And tryin' to figure out what happened to 'Germaine Propaine'

Bobby Browns early stuff was great. Michael Jacksons Dangerous album was inspired by that sound as well, and a great album it is.

I would say the father of New Jack Swing is arguably not Bobby Brown (at times he was very pop) but Al B. Sure. His first album was CLASSIC!

"Night and Day" (a ballad, but none the less, New Jack) was his biggest hit, but the other songs are great as well.
It looks like Amazon has a category for New Jack, although I think by the time you get to R. Kelly's "12 Play", the uniqueness of New Jack had faded...more of a late eighties early nineties thing. I agree with most of the other choices, though. En Vogue, Toni, Tony, Tone!, New Edition....Michael Jackson's "Dangerous" only.
