I know I am unique amongst my peer group but OFAH mostly leaves me cold. Regardless of what my preferences were, I thought that Fawlty Towers would walk it!

I was sure all the way that Only fools would win, pleasantly surprised to see my own favourite, Blackadder, come second, and shocked beyond belief that The Vicar of bloody Dibley was third... I thought that Fawlty Towers and Dad's Army would both do better.

OMG!!!!! I have just seen the results and while I am not at all surprised that Only Fools won despite having outstayed its' welcome by a decade, to see Fawlty Towers fifth below that thing in third is incredible.

I suppose that you should never underestimate the stupidity of the (Great) British public.
