Ironic? Nope, SkyHigh is just asking a simple but worthwhile question.

No offence meant, JS but do you suffer from learning difficulties or something similar? Every post is a rant and an attack. It doesn't matter what the thread is. If you don't agree with a post, you lose the plot. What was the last Erasure album to have good artwork? A simple question. Please try and answer it properly.

I think the 'Yes' cover is boring, btw. Why on earth bring it up? I also can't remember the last good artwork on an Erasure album. It's a fair point. There really is no need to ;-

I think the same of you Undertaker, every post from you is basically full of so much bullshit it is unreal and as soon as somebody question's it you suddenly jump to defend it as "just an opinion"! Look at the way you write stuff ffs. I question as to whether Man Utd need your favourite Spurs player and you go nuts! Fine, you think he's the bee's knee's but that doesn't mean I have to share your "opinion"! Or be as you put it, a typical Man Utd fan! And Iv'e got learning problem's? Too easy.

So you don't like Erasure's artwork, good for you! I'll be honest and say that I'm not really that bothered about the artwork and while none of their recent album's have had stuff that has set the world alight, at the same time it hasn't been that bad. And I thought you'd agree about the cross, genuinely surprised you don't like that idea.

And is your little drawing all about your reaction when I gave my opinion about the worlds number one midfielder?

Nuts? Nope, i just had to put you in your place again. As did a few others. It was nothing to do with a Man Utd fan not wanting Modric, it was the fact you were trying to tell us that Modric was average. You showed yourself up with a poor knowledge of football and unfortunatly, you had to be shot down....again.

No i don't, i think it's crap. I would like to see some effort. There was absolutely no need for your over-reaction, your rant and your swearing. You go ape all the time. It's kinda weird

As weird as somebody that constantly criticizes and mocks a pop group only to be going to one of their summer concert's? Erm, perhaps not. As weird as somebody who cannot accept that a supporter of another football team doesn't feel the need for them to sign a certain footballer? Perhaps not. You don't like being questioned and come up with all kind of excuses to take the spotlight off of your bullshitting. Plain and simple. Your "it was only an opinion" thing is great, and should be your slogan, shame I'm not allowed to have an opinion without being accused of ranting and raving though, but I understand, A Man Utd and Erasure fan doesn't deserve an opinion does he?

Anyway, enjoy the concert but get their early, there could be up to 150,000 people turning up.

Sorry, i stopped reading after the first sentence because i could easily guess the rest

I reckon your diatribe would contain the words ''bullshit,'' ''Modric'' and ''Man Utd and Erasure fan.'' Mixed in with another stress eric impression

I am actually looking forward to hearing this. Especially from the reports of those that are involved and that have heard it. It sounds like it will be one continuous anthem from start to finish. It's been a long time having to wait for them to do something so spectacular. The worrying thing is that Save Me is pretty dull.

Exactly. It would be nice if it was full of pop anthems but Save Me is hardly inspiring. It seems that it was slated as a possible single until everybody (except s t e p h a n o) was lukewarm towards it. Frankmusik is only Howard Jones with a mohawk and I fear that Andy spends too much time working on his Worzel Gummidge head to bother writing any decent lyrics.

Anyway let's wait and see.....

This Opera star is wonderful promotion and can only mean exciting times ahead . Andy's been involved in three episodes with total viewing figures so far of over 20 million . Prime time t.v on a Sunday night as well  . The boy is doing good.

Funnily enough I happened across the proper ratings for 'I'm a Pop Star Get Me Opera Here' (or whatever it's called) and they are barely three mill.

I hope the cover isn't another bodge job. A load of different colours taken from Windows Paint, or a load of stupid swans.
I actually really love the Swans from the Hits comp. Their artwork is one of the only things I still enjoy bout them. Nightbird and singles were great art wise. Don't think I'm going to go see them on tour this time.
And tryin' to figure out what happened to 'Germaine Propaine'
"He couldn't have fell off that hard" Ain't no way
"What happened to the way you was rappin' when you was scandalous
That Canibus turned into a television evangelist"
Plus he raps with his regular voice [BOOSH! BOOSH!]
[BOOSH! BOOSH!] (What was that?) Pet Shop Boys

Can't remember the last time i had a dig at Erasure. Don't remember any 'highly offensive' comments made about JSD either. Feel free to trawl through and quote some but I imagine you'll say you're not going to waste your time, simply because you know there aren't any significant slurs or racist remarks against you really. Hard to see through red mist! :-)

lol i like that title.

You are right. Figures are falling now, which is a shame. It's been 6 million, 5 million, 4 mill and 3.5 mill. Still a lot i suppose in terms of publicity but they actually moved this to a Sunday night because figures weren't too good in 2010.

Agree completely. Infact, there is hardly any digs at Erasure. Especially lately. There have been some opinions that have been negative but that happens with most groups, even PSB. It's a discussion forum, adults should be able to accept that and if they wish, disagree and come back with an opinion of their own. Not start swearing and insulting :)
