Bit of a shocker, that one. :(

At least it wasn't as a result of a Jackass stunt.

Yes, always liked Jackass. Doubt we'll see any more now this has happened.

Someone left the road, crashed into trees, bounced onto the opposite side of the road and burnt in a car a couple of weeks ago only a few hundred yards away from my house. Can't be a nice way to go.

Besides Pontius, the Jackass with the biggest heart. I'm a little more upset by this than I would have thought.

I hope these drink driving stories I've read since my original post are false, but it seems they're more likely than not. If true, although still sad, you have to say he probably deserved his fate. Drinking and driving is selfish and stupid. There was, of course, another death beside his own...

according to TMZ.com he twittered this photo to his account just hours before he was killed.
the passenger hasnt been identified yet. UPDATE--the dude on the far right died with him.
